I feel that somehow these workshops break through the layers and layers of crusts that we allow to build up within our psyches. It assertively yet gently, peels away the judgements and decisions we make about ourselves, and it gets me down to the core of who I really am. From being at HAI, i now recognize what a loving, open woman I am. I love reading what you wrote, not only because I love you from sharing with you, but because I love what happens to me when I am at the HAI workshops. The miracles that happened in the room of love were truly breathtaking and they are available to us in each and every moment. For me, experiencing the abundance of love and intimacy present at HAI increased my awareness that I am choosing moment to moment whether to "be love" in my life and in the world. To step beyond our walls and fears into greater heart opening, vulnerability and presence as love, I wonder if the greatest challenge we each might face is essentially one of self-trust and self-love... May we all be inspired to create and recreate the experience of "being love" in our lives every day, Jen What a beautiful reminder.
